CTDEC Services Application

Presidential election results are compiled at the level of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of Mali. This is a process that relies on the reporting of results from polling stations to the 49 circles of Mali and consular constituencies.

As part of improving the reporting of results, we have, in partnership with the ministry, developed an application that allows calculating overall election results in real time.

It allows visualizing the percentage of results reported and viewing them on a map of Mali. This is a first and a success because the application, in addition to increasing stakeholders’ confidence, has enabled the detection of areas for improvement.

Mobile court sessions

As part of the implementation of mobile court sessions, we support PAECSIS (Support Program for the Functioning of Civil Status and the Implementation of a Secure Information System).

We developed an application (https://www.audiencesforaines.ml) that supports the process, from information collection to the issuance of birth certificates following a request for a supplementary judgment.

In an AGILE spirit with the partner CIVIPOL managing the mobile court sessions project on behalf of PAECSIS.

Nivel is proud to have signed a win-win partnership with motorcycle dealer TVS. Indeed, we are committed alongside TVS to provide their customers with a fully integrated GPS tracking solution for their motorcycles.

This solution, called Noqou, allows our customers to secure their investment. We have many stories of customers who were able to recover their motorcycles thanks to GPS location and a very easy-to-use interface.

The SATMA factory in Missabougou is a pioneer in the cotton processing industry in Mali.

The oil refinery laboratory has existed since the factory’s creation in 2000. As part of improving its production and oil labeling, we supported SATMA in implementing a computerized traceability system.

The Nobo software involves all teams and allows tracing from the origin of cotton seeds to oil bottles, including samples and measurements made in the laboratory.

As part of updating the electoral register for the organization of the 2018 presidential elections, a platform was set up for consulting new voters.

We supported CTDEC in implementing this solution. From needs gathering, through functional and technical specifications, to platform development.

This was a rich and complex experience that allowed us to understand the challenges of modernizing government tools.

As part of improving the collection from customers of its rural commune power plant, CETEXIE wanted to implement prepaid meters. They requested a POC (Proof of Concept) to demonstrate the technical and financial feasibility of this project.

• Development of a secure web interface allowing resellers to provide recharge codes for prepaid meters
• Interconnection with the STS-certified PRISM API to enable secure generation of recharge codes
• Platform testing and presentation of results to the client
