Mobile court sessions
As part of the implementation of mobile court sessions, we support PAECSIS (Support Program for the Functioning of Civil Status and the Implementation of a Secure Information System).
We developed an application (https://www.audiencesforaines.ml) that supports the process, from information collection to the issuance of birth certificates following a request for a supplementary judgment.
In an AGILE spirit with the partner CIVIPOL managing the mobile court sessions project on behalf of PAECSIS.
Throughout, we listened to stakeholders, associations, civil status officers, magistrates, and CTDEC (Civil Status Data Processing Center) to develop features that have made it possible, already, to issue more than 5000 birth certificates in the pilot phase of the project.
