Application CTDEC Services

CTDEC agency allows any malian citizen to claim erroneous informations on their ID card to be fixed, such as a bad address or a misspelling of their name.

Claims are made are filed at the local city hall which then is responsible for to sent it to the CTDEC headquarters in Korofina (East of Bamako).

Nivel is supporting the CTDEC in the digitalization of this process. We already delivered an office software and a web portal to ease and accelerate the processing of claims.
