The challenge
Ahead of the 2018 presidential elections, the electoral roll had to include new voters, citizens who had just reached voting age. A major democratic stake: making sure every eligible voter could verify their registration.
Our approach
We supported the CTDEC across the entire cycle: from needs gathering to functional and technical specifications, through to the development of a dedicated consultation platform for new voters.
The results
A rich and demanding experience, at the heart of modernising government tools, which contributed to a more reliable and transparent electoral roll as the vote approached.
