The challenge
A pioneer of cotton processing in Mali since 2000, the SATMA factory in Missabougou wanted to strengthen the quality and labeling of its household oil. This meant being able to trace every batch, from raw material to finished product.
Our approach
We supported SATMA in implementing a computerised traceability system. The Nobo software involves every team and links each step, from the origin of the cotton seeds to the oil bottles, including the laboratory’s samples and measurements.
The results
End-to-end traceability that makes production and labeling more reliable, and gives SATMA full visibility over its value chain, an ideal foundation for future optimisation and automation.
